‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️Warning to people who use chipperfield garden centre car wash! ‼️‼️my daughter went to have her car washed today . This is the 3rd time they have damaged her car the first two where minor She let them go but She got a brand new car and now this time they have jet washed too close and pushed my front sensor in and knocked of the number and won’t take responsibility for it!! They obviously haven’t had the correct training The manager is so abusive and intimidating her bully her and thinks as She have a brand new car She have the money to pay for it. They say they don’t keep insurance detail on premises won’t give out the insurance. Iv been to see them to day and got attitude saying prove it ! not his problem . Say claim Under warranty . !! If they have damage the car they should engage to sort it out not bully and intimidated a young girl ... I have used these guys since they opened , tipped them every time brought the Christmas present.. and they treat you so badly . I always refer to local business . But now I urge you to say away . Do u want to use a business who takes no responsibility and bullies and intimidate a young girl ... a young girl who is not intimidated easily . When I spoke to them he wouldn’t even give me there details only said not them . I explain if she was sat in the car when it happened how can they say it was not them ... I will be taken this further but for now . Be careful He can’t intimidate me and I will not stand for it after all the business I have given them over the years .

Really disappointed, they stripped the paint from my wing with the high pressure machine, these machines are too powerful to be held close to the paintwork, they refused to do anything about it, not helpful at all & they dont care. CHECK YOUR CAR BEFORE YOU LEAVE!!!
Normally very good, but last time I went there they destroyed one of the stripes on my brand new Mini with their pressure washer. Then they refused to pay for it, luckily I contacted mini and they repaired it under warranty.
This FS Car Valeting Centre is located in the Chipperfield Garden Centre (Wyevale) site. It is one of the best laid out centres I know, being custom designed, not adapted from some previous site / building as most others are.When it first opened the finishing area had a huge roof which was brilliant if the weather was a bit inclement or the sun was hot. However, it didn't have planning permission or defaulted on some other bylaw, so it had to be removed - a shame as it was a positive for both your car and the employees ! The centre is more costly than other local hand car wash centres, but the results seem to be more thourgh. The staff are courtious and friendly. They have a loyalty card scheme, whereby after a certain amount of washes, you get a free external wash only. Ask for a card on your first visit and make sure you get it stamped each visit.
