Liars and fraudsters. They took my money for a warranty on a car, then when it failed its mot for a broken coil spring, they refused to pay because "it failed its mot so its now not a roadworthy car". This is not in their terms and conditions. They will not refund me my money, for paying for a useless warranty, and the money I paid on the warranty would have almost paid for this repair. They need shutting down. They don't even deserve 1 star.Edited to add that the MOT expired on the day before it's MOT. And was only driven to the MOT centre, as in accordance with the current law. So I'm quite certain that an MOT expiring, the day before an MOT, is not "failing to maintain my vehicle in accordance with requirements" it's just an excuse used by financially fraudulent companies. If it hadn't been that, it would have been "wear and tear" going by the other reviews.
Had a great claims handler with my claim. The claim was handled on the same day. Really good, fast service and could not fault the service I have received. Worth every penny!
Having had a issue with my car, the Autogroup were helpful and considerate. They helped me through the process and ended up having the issue resolved the same day. Great service!
The Auto Group has been amazing throughout the duration of my policy so far. I have been with The Auto Group since 2015 and they have always paid out for my claims and been friendly and helpful. The renewals team were fabulous when they sold me the policy and went through everything in great detail with me and went up and beyond my expectations, with the customer service I recieved. I would 100% highly recommend them to anyone, looking for a high quality warranty that covers more components, than any other warranty company on the market out there. I have had previous warranties before from other warranty companies and they have been awful! 5 stars from me for The Auto Group all the way!
