Very intrusive people. You rent the place from them and they will be visiting you every few months, poking their nose around, walking around in their shoes, poking their nose into all your bedrooms! I find it unacceptable! But to deal with any issues - they have no interest to do that, they tell you to contact the landlord! If you lend them the key for some repair, instead of giving it back they keep it and then they claim they have the right to visit your house when you're not there because they were given a spare key! These people will only intrude on your privacy! Traumatising experience!
