Great food and excellent choices available. Chilled atmosphere and very comfy. Service was good and they took their time.
Arrived very excited, then it went downhill. A partly of four celebrating a birthday. Couldn't get a well done steak despite two attempts to please. Company did deduct the well done steak from the bill. The service , very poor and the food sub standard despite paying two supplements of 7 for two ribeyes. The plated portions were not of equal size. Only plus point was the comfort of the table chairs. Will not be returning until they get there act together.
Impressive choice of food selections and good value too. Friendly staff and decent decor with plenty of seating. Food was tasty, want to come back and try different dishes.
The food was delicious, good value for money and the staff very attentive and polite. However, they had ran out of salmon and sea bass and we had to wait about an hour to get our food. I must admit we were pre-warned about both, but perhaps that is something that can be improved upon.
So, this particular branch opened last week so this is still very early days. I personally wasn't impressed by the customer service of the staff. Service was incredibly slow, thank goodness the manager was helpful and the food made up for the lack of service to begin with. Food took an age to come to the table (two burgers) but it was well worth the wait. Hoping that they can speed the service and experience up, this Miller and Carter could be amazing.During our visit another table had to leave because of the wait - such a shame as they would have enjoyed the food.
