I bought an Audi Q7 from the guys at Trade Link in September and the whole experience was excellent. I initially spoke with Charlie and then following that met Stu & Seb. Had a couple of test drives which the guys were very open to, and I asked a lot of questions over WhatApp & phone calls which they always answered quickly with no issues. They clearly only stock high quality used vehicles, and offered a very good extended warranty with the sale as well. 5 stars!
Long story short. Car had issues. All information has been logged and saved in emails etc after a few months I had to hint that I will take things further. Eventually they paid an amount which didn't fully cover the costs. Worst experience ever. If it wasn't for me pursuing , they would have just ignored me. So if you purchase a car from here, hope and pray that nothing goes wrong as you would get no support and really bad customer service in return. I am really sorry Greg but you need to treat customers with respect.
Lovely car, such an easy buy. Great guys and garage. Gregg and Ads are amazingly helpful and make the whole process fun and enjoyable. Will definitely be buying more cars from here. Such a smooth service, no sales pressure. Really enjoyable experience. The best garage I've been to by far.
